Some people were curious to know if I identify as a feminist, simply for being a woman. Truth is, back in the day, I did identify as being a feminist (only to myself though, never felt the need to "go public" about it) since I'd like to see some of the gaps between men and women reduced a little bit in some areas. But then, extreme feminist happen. And they somehow managed to distort what feminism stands for. They have these ridiculously absurd ideas about women's needs and struggles and are way to quick to dismiss men's issues. Men have legit struggles they go throw as well, especially when it comes to the way the legal system works. And now, due to the whole "wage gap" bull, some countries are actually passing a law that ensures women will earn more than a man for the same job. Where's the equality in that? Also, their arguments on debates tend to gravitate more towards feelings than towards actual facts (people interested in such subjects should watch the Red Pill documentary). These days, I'd rather use terms that are alternative to "feminist", such as "honey badger" or even simply "egalitarian", "equalist" or "humanist" (my male friends say I'm a NAWALT, which makes me feel simultaneously grateful and annoyed, since I've always hated unicorns lol), because you don't need to identify with current feminism to identify with (some) of its original ideas. Also, as time passed by, I started to develop my own idea of what feminism should be and, especially after hearing MGTOW testimonies, I realized men are right about one thing: there can NEVER be true equality between men and women. It just can't. There are physical, biological differences between both genders. As there SHOULD be. I no longer believe that feminism should be about "equality", but I believe that we should at least be looking for some sort of balance, and that we're getting further and further away from it. I used to have a lot of pets (fish, turtles, frogs, rats, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, birds) but I currently only have Lara, my talking parakeet. I also have a pet rabbit (blue dutch) at my mom’s and she now owns Kelly, a poodle-bichon mix.

I used to play on a really old laptop and all my online friends had these amazing gaming computers so, when they wanted to play more recent online games (such as Elder Scrolls or Final Fantasy), they'd make fun of me because we all knew my potato could never run those. It was all innocent fun and banter, and I was never really ofended by it, but sometimes it did make me sad that I was the only one left out who couldn't join everyone else in certain games. And there were also single player games (such as Dark Souls, Firewatch, Tomb Raider, Witcher III...) that I wanted to try out but couldn't. So, as soon as I managed to get a job that paid more than just minimum wage, I started setting some money aside each month, in order to save for a new PC (the fact that my laptop had already been sent to repair multiple times and was still threatning to stop working, was also a good incentive to upgrade). After I felt like I had enough money pilling up on my bank account, I asked my guys for help and they pretty much shared some of their computer components wisdom with me and helpe me chose. ADHD stands for Attention Deficit with Hyperactivity Disorder, and it’s most commonly presented in distraction, agitation, hyperactivity, impulsivity. Usually, it comes with comorbidities, such as memory issues (it’s hard to form new memories if you’re brain is not paying attention to what’s happening), depression, extra propensity to procrastination, learning disabilities (such as dyslexia, dyscalculia), etc.

I usually play Action/Adventure, Casual, MMO, Point-&-Click, Puzzle, RPG and Simulation. I am also trying to branch out and give Survival and Horror games a go, but it’s tough ‘cause I have a faint heart so it’s hard to find a game that is scary but not too scary. And I also struggle to find good survival games I can play because I’m not a fan of the whole zombie/alien survival thing, I’m more into games where you’re just out in the nature and the elements are your worst enemies so it’s tough because most of those games are not free to play.

Dysthymia is a form of chronic depression. In my case, simply having ADHD makes me more likely to develop some form of depression. Among my family, having any kind of mental illness is seen as a sign of weakness, so I was never medicated for depression, as I was never medicated for ADHD. I just needed to find my own strategies to try to overcome them on my own, which is not always easy at times.

I don’t have a favorite game per say, or even a favorite genre. I like to play a little bit of everything. But I am quite fond of games with pixel graphics and also of games where you play the role of a thief and are challenged to rely on your stealth skills. I mostly play action, adventure, exploration, RPG kind of games.

The reason I made that list myself rather than just linking the info provided by my Steam account, is due to the fact that Steam works with an "all-time" games list. This means that even if you downloaded a game just to try it and played it for less than 5 minutes, or if you purchased a game and then had to Refund it because it wasn't running on your PC, that game will still show on your list. Not to mention other software, that will also be displayed on your already cluttered games list. That's why I decided to make my own list with the games I do indeed have, and nothing else.

I’m a Speech Therapy graduate and I also completed a Secretariat course. After I finished college, I couldn't find a job and ended up working for 🍏 Care for a few months. It was not a bad job and they paid well, but most my colleagues had no work ethics and having voices on my head all day was driving me nuts to be honest. I now work as a Secretary for a pharmaceutical company. I'm only replacing a coworker who is on maternity leave though, so I don't know if they'll keep me once she's back to work or not, but I should stay with this company for at least a year. I hope they chose to hire me 'cause I really like working here to be honest. Among other things, my fellow Secretary coworker is super awesome. <3

The only way for me to even consider doing something like this, would be a Charity stream. But even so, why risk your health?
